Luis Fernández Hernando is Global Director of Public Administration at Minsait. Previously, he was a Director at Indra for 15 years, where he served as Autonomous Director of Public Administrations in Spain, as well as a member of the Executive Committee of Fundetec, and of the Public Administration Committee of the AEC Spanish Consulting Association. With a degree in Economics and Business, Monetary and Public Sector from the Complutense University of Madrid, and an executive MBA in Business Management and Administration from IE Business School, he has also completed the Strategic Management and Public/Private Collaboration Program from ESADE.
He has been a professor at the University Carlos III of Madrid for more than 10 years, in the area of Foundations of Business Economics.
Before he joined Indra, he held various positions related to the public sector (PwC and Arthur Andersen Business Consulting).
