Paper
The White Paper on Basque Employment
This paper seeks to disseminate the main results in the White Paper on Employment in the Basque Country. After a rigorous and detailed study of Basque society, it puts forward proposals to effectively address the most important challenges facing the majority of developed societies. The White Paper takes into account the specific characteristics of Basque society, and therefore its labour market. The proposals are thus specifically aimed at the Basque Country. This paper must serve to subsequently steer the other papers and panels, as each of the following papers and panels is focused on the different challenges described in the White Paper.
